  1. Payment

Orders can be placed via this website. Before confirming the order, it is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that the quotes’ details are correct. Prior to despatch, the payment needs to be made. We accept credit and debit cards online.

We make an effort to maintain our website accurate and completely up to date, and we strive to quickly and successfully complete orders. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion, modify the cost and specifications for any items displayed on the website, and to remove any items from sale at any time.

  1. Delivery

After an order is placed, we strive to deliver the product within 2–10 business days. Since we are a small business, there may occasionally be times when no one is available to deliver an order for a few days, or we may need to order in stock, so please be aware that we cannot offer any guarantees about delivery schedules. If there is a delay with your order, we will email you to let you know.

A courier service is used for delivery. On delivery, the buyer takes title and risk of the products.

We will pay you for the timed service in the event that it is not delivered on time (for timed services, a one-hour grace period is in effect), but we are not responsible for any additional expenditures. The buyer is responsible for making sure that someone will be there to accept, check, and sign for the delivery at the specified address. Any delivery that is attempted but fails because no one was at home will incur a charge.

When your order arrives

Please check the contents of your order as soon as you receive it. When you sign for the goods, make sure to note any damage to the package or the contents. Although breakages in transit are uncommon, they can occur. If you have ordered solar panels, we strongly advise you to inspect the panels BEFORE confirming with the courier that they have been received in good condition. If not, kindly sign as unchecked. The contents should be compared to the packing note or quotation you got. Please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours if any products are lost or damaged. If Solar Trading Supply is contacted after this time, it will not be responsible for the cost of replacement goods.

Solar Trading Supply will refund for or replace any goods which arrive damaged (depending on photo evidence and damage discretion and severity), with replacements sent on a next day basis subject to stock availability but will not be liable for any further costs arising from the arrival of damaged goods on site.

Returns

If a product we sell turns out to be faulty, please let us know as soon as possible after buying it. Once we have evaluated the item(s) and determined there is a defect in the product, we will accept the returned products and replace the item or refund your payment in full, including delivery fees. Within 30 days of purchase, you can return unwanted items as long as they’re in their original, undamaged packaging. If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for paying for the delivery of the item back to us, properly insured. The cost of delivery will not be refunded; only the item’s price will be.

Complaints

Our aim is to deliver a helpful, friendly service. Still, if you do have an issue, please contact us, and we will try our best to solve it to your satisfaction. You accept to being governed by English law and to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts in the unlikely case of a legal dispute.

Acceptance

When a customer accesses or orders products or services, these Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.
